The heated wearable technology that we use in our cold weather products are designed to enhance the already remarkable characteristics of natural fabrics so that you can enjoy using them in even more extreme environments.
Heating pads
The heating pads are placed in strategic locations within our garments to generate user-defined levels of warmth with negligible impact to comfort and functionality. As we are committed to eliminating the use of synthetic fabrics in our products, we are working with our partners and suppliers to eventually develop new e-textiles that are made from a combination of conductive metal and natural cotton yarns.
Heat retention
Thanks to the remarkable characteristics of up-cycled wool fabrics that we use in our products, heat generated by our innovative heating pads is retained efficiently and distributed across the whole garment uniformly. Wool fabrics help natural perspiration and are breathable, which means heat loss is minimal, while the moisture from perspiration can be dispersed effectively.
Tri-state heat control
The whole heating system can be adjusted using an embedded control unit, which is situated strategically without compromising functionality or aesthetics of the garments and allows the user to choose from three levels of low, medium and high, depending on their comfort levels and weather condition outside, so that they can enjoy our products with optimal comfort and confidence. The control unit is completely sealed to ensure it is waterproof and resilient against wear and tear for optimal durability.
USB connection
In order to activate the heating unit, you can simply connect the USB plug within the garment to the matching receptacle on any conventional portable power bank and adjust the warmth according to your comfort level. The USB plug attached to the garment is protected with a waterproof cap to avoid water ingress and short-circuiting when the garment is being washed. A designated pocket ensures that the power bank can be used comfortably without any hassle.
